We're a fabrication shop, not a data company. This page describes everything this website does with your information — it's a short list.
What we collect
The only personal information this site handles is what you choose to send us when requesting a quote:
- Your name, company, email address, and phone number
- Your project details (project type, material, dimensions, notes)
- Design files you attach (drawings, graphics, CAD files)
Browsing the site sends us nothing. This site sets no cookies and uses no analytics, advertising trackers, or social media pixels.
How we use it
Solely to prepare your quote and, if you hire us, to do the work. We don't sell, rent, or share your information for marketing, and we don't add you to mailing lists.
Your design files are treated as confidential. We use them only for quoting and fabrication, we don't share them with anyone outside the shop, and we don't showcase your project without your permission.
Who else touches your data
- Email: quote requests currently reach us by email, so your message passes through our email provider like any email would.
- Fonts: this site loads its typefaces from Google Fonts, which means your browser requests font files from Google's servers when the page loads. Google may see your IP address as part of serving that request. No other third-party services run on this site.
If we adopt a form-processing service to handle quote submissions, we will name it here.
How long we keep it
We keep quote requests and associated files for as long as needed to quote and complete your project, and for our ordinary business records afterward. If you'd like your files deleted after a project (or a quote that didn't go forward), ask and we'll delete them.
Your choices
To see, correct, or delete the information you've sent us, email kurt@ultrasonic-cutting.com or call 360-736-1510. Since we don't track visitors, "Do Not Track" browser signals have nothing here to disable — there is no tracking either way.
Changes to this policy
If our practices change — for example, if we add a form processor or advertising pixels — we'll update this page and change the effective date at the top before the change takes effect.
