Dry & heat-free
No water to dry out of your goods, no heat to distort them. Material properties stay exactly as the manufacturer intended, edge to edge.
Ultrasonic Cutting Services · Centralia, Washington
We ultrasonically cut custom logos, inlays, and shapes in resilient flooring — LVT, VCT, linoleum, and rubber. Send us your drawings or graphics; we cut, label, and kit the pieces so they drop in flush on site.
From a real cut file
A real medallion from our shop — twelve pieces, four materials, the same file cut four times. The pieces rotate so no piece ever touches its own color, and every piece gets used. Four finished floors, no two alike.

Our honest rule of thumb: if you can cut it with a drywall knife, we can cut it beautifully. Tap your material below for a straight answer.
Pick a material above — we’ll tell you straight.
Material not listed, or something unusual? Email us what you’ve got — if we can’t cut it, we’ll say so and point you toward who can.
The technology
Ultrasonic cutting uses high-frequency vibration for near-frictionless slicing — no heat, no water, no pressure. Most decorative floor cutting is done wet; ours never touches your material with anything but the blade.
No water to dry out of your goods, no heat to distort them. Material properties stay exactly as the manufacturer intended, edge to edge.
Near-frictionless slicing prevents fraying and distortion. Insets drop into their recesses flush — no gap-filling, no touch-up.
Your design lives as a digital file. A 40-store rollout cut over two years matches piece for piece — the last logo identical to the first.
We toolpath and nest your parts to get the most out of your goods — it’s usually your material, so the savings are yours too.
Single pieces up to 78″ wide and as long as you need. On roll goods, locator practices let us run a continuous cut well past the 392″ bed with no seams down the run. Wider than 78″? Still doable — split into parts, so expect a seam across the width.
What we cut
School mascots, hospital emblems, company marks — cut as true inlays: the inset piece and its matching recess in the field material, both from your artwork.
Borders, motifs, feature strips, medallions, and wayfinding cut-ins in resilient materials — for the patterns designers spec and installers have to make real.
Everything arrives nested, labeled, and pre-assembled where it helps — with directional taping and layout references so your install crew places it accurately the first time.
We also cut carbon fiber pre-preg and fiberglass cloth into labeled kits for vehicles, machines, and engineering applications. Same precision, same file-driven repeatability.
Half of the way through your material’s thickness — or a third, or a quarter. A niche capability, there when your application needs it.
Vector files (SVG, DXF, DWG, PDF) cut fastest. Only have an image of your logo? We trace it into clean cutting paths and confirm the artwork with you before anything gets cut.
