Ultrasonic Cutting Services · Centralia, Washington

Your logo,
cut into the floor.

We ultrasonically cut custom logos, inlays, and shapes in resilient flooring — LVT, VCT, linoleum, and rubber. Send us your drawings or graphics; we cut, label, and kit the pieces so they drop in flush on site.

78″ × 392″ cutting bed ±0.005″ working tolerance 7–10 business days typical production unlimited length on roll goods

From a real cut file

Four sheets. Four cuts. Four unique fish.

A real medallion from our shop — twelve pieces, four materials, the same file cut four times. The pieces rotate so no piece ever touches its own color, and every piece gets used. Four finished floors, no two alike.

The drywall-knife rule

Can we cut it?

Our honest rule of thumb: if you can cut it with a drywall knife, we can cut it beautifully. Tap your material below for a straight answer.

Pick a material above — we’ll tell you straight.

Material not listed, or something unusual? Email us what you’ve got — if we can’t cut it, we’ll say so and point you toward who can.

The technology

A dry cut, held to ±0.005″

Ultrasonic cutting uses high-frequency vibration for near-frictionless slicing — no heat, no water, no pressure. Most decorative floor cutting is done wet; ours never touches your material with anything but the blade.

Dry & heat-free

No water to dry out of your goods, no heat to distort them. Material properties stay exactly as the manufacturer intended, edge to edge.

Flush edges, no finishing

Near-frictionless slicing prevents fraying and distortion. Insets drop into their recesses flush — no gap-filling, no touch-up.

Identical, forever

Your design lives as a digital file. A 40-store rollout cut over two years matches piece for piece — the last logo identical to the first.

Nested for minimal waste

We toolpath and nest your parts to get the most out of your goods — it’s usually your material, so the savings are yours too.

The working envelope, to scale

Single pieces up to 78″ wide and as long as you need. On roll goods, locator practices let us run a continuous cut well past the 392″ bed with no seams down the run. Wider than 78″? Still doable — split into parts, so expect a seam across the width.

What we cut

Flooring first. Flat goods, brilliantly.

Logos & branding inlays

School mascots, hospital emblems, company marks — cut as true inlays: the inset piece and its matching recess in the field material, both from your artwork.

Floor designs & medallions

Borders, motifs, feature strips, medallions, and wayfinding cut-ins in resilient materials — for the patterns designers spec and installers have to make real.

Pre-cut installation kits

Everything arrives nested, labeled, and pre-assembled where it helps — with directional taping and layout references so your install crew places it accurately the first time.

Beyond flooring: composite kits

We also cut carbon fiber pre-preg and fiberglass cloth into labeled kits for vehicles, machines, and engineering applications. Same precision, same file-driven repeatability.

Partial-depth cutting

Half of the way through your material’s thickness — or a third, or a quarter. A niche capability, there when your application needs it.

JPEG in, cut floor out

Vector files (SVG, DXF, DWG, PDF) cut fastest. Only have an image of your logo? We trace it into clean cutting paths and confirm the artwork with you before anything gets cut.

For flooring contractors

You bid it. We make the hard part easy.

  • Your material, your warranty. In about 90% of jobs you ship us your goods — spec and warranty stay under your control.
  • Fabrication only. We never touch installation, so we’re never competing for your contract.
  • Kitted for the crew. Nested, labeled, directionally taped, pre-assembled where it helps — placement, not puzzling, on site.
  • Quotable from a sketch. Send what the client gave you — concept art, a photo of a drawing, a vector file — and we’ll price it.

Straight answers

What file formats can you work with?

JPEG, PNG, PDF, DXF, DWG, and SVG. Vector source files cut fastest; if you only have an image, we trace it into cutting paths and confirm the artwork with you first.

Do you provide the flooring material?

In about 90% of jobs we provide cutting services only — you ship us your material. This keeps your material under your spec and warranty. We can discuss sourcing for special cases.

Do you install?

No — we fabricate, your installer installs. We pre-cut, label, and package everything so your flooring contractor or facilities team can place it accurately.

How long does production take?

Once your project details are agreed and sufficient materials have arrived on-site, plan on about 7–10 business days for us to complete your order. Shipping costs and times vary.

How precise are the cuts?

Our CNC-controlled ultrasonic system holds a working tolerance of ±0.005″. In practice: inlays drop in flush, with clean edges and no gaps.

What areas do you serve?

We’re in Centralia, Washington and ship nationwide. Most of our work comes through word-of-mouth referrals from flooring contractors and designers across the country.

Can I see a sample of your work?

Yes — we cut sample coasters from real flooring material so you can inspect the edge quality in person. Stock-pattern sets (about 3–5 pieces) are available; shipping is covered by you. Email us about sample options.

Is there a minimum order size?

Minimums vary by material and complexity. Contact us with your project details and we’ll let you know quickly — small jobs are often very doable.

Can you handle rush orders?

Our schedule is built around planned timelines — standard production runs 7–10 business days after approval and material arrival. If you’re up against a hard deadline, reach out and we’ll tell you honestly what’s possible.
